Event Details: 

Hope24 2017 takes place on the 13th & 14th of May. With the main event commencing at midday on Saturday and finishing at midday on Sunday (or later if you are on your last lap).

Team Sizes:

Team sizes can consist of;

  • Soloists
  • Teams of 2
  • Teams of 3
  • Teams of 4-5
  • Teams of 6-8

Entry Fees:

  • All runners – £45 this includes the merchant fees (£2)
  • Charity Option – £25 with minimum target of £100 to our chosen charity (see below)

Fundraising Options:

Our chosen charities are Hope for Children & Dartmoor Rescue (Plymouth).

If you take the fundraising option your entry fee will be discounted by £20 in return for a commitment to raise a minimum of £100. In cases where the minimum amount has not been raised we will request that runners either pay the difference to make the total raised up to £100 or the £20 refund, whichever is least.

There is the option when registering team members to individually take the fundraising option, if the entire team is fundraising, then the total to raise (members x £100) can be raised as a group.

For those wishing to raise for their own preferred causes, we fully support this, but the reduction only applies to those raising for our chosen charities.

Team Updates:

Once teams have been registered, soloists and team managers will be able to edit the team details by using the details they provided at registration to login. Then on the menu, hover over ‘Race Corner’ and selecting ‘Edit Your Team’. Your entry or teams you are managing will have an edit link alongside them.

Form Submission:

After you have provided details of yourself, the form will then collect details of your team and if applicable, additional runners. The first option is to decide the total runners in your team. If you do not have the details for further team members please leave blank.

Once all details are complete and the form is submitted you will automatically be taken to PayPal to complete payment.
